Stage Door’s COVID Policies

  1. All participants should self screen at home. A participant who has any of the following new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19 should stay home.  Cough – Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing – Chills – Repeated shaking with chills – Muscle pain – Headache – Sore throat – Loss of taste or smell – Diarrhea – Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit – Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19.
  2. Participants with new or worsening signs or symptoms listed above or were exposed to COVID will be allowed to return to class as per the current CDC’s quarantine guidance.
  3. I understand that to enter the studio premises my child must be free from COVID-19 symptoms. If, during the day, any of the following symptoms appear my child will be separated from the rest of the people in the studio. I will be contacted, and my child MUST be picked up from the studio within 15 minutes.
  4. I agree that I and my child(ren) will utilize surgical masks or improvised masks such as scarves, bandanas, and handkerchiefs while in the studio and on studio premises to reduce the risk of exposure to myself and others. Masks are required during class.
  5. I understand that students will follow CDC recommended hand washing procedures and I agree to wash or sanitize my hands after using the restroom, sneezing, and coughing, and that I will instruct my child(ren) on such preventive measures.
  6. I will immediately notify Stage Door management if I become aware of any person with whom my child or I have had contact exhibits any of the symptoms listed in Number 1 above, is advised to self-isolate, quarantine, or has tested positive, or is presumed positive for COVID-19.
  7. Should there be a spike in Covid-19 cases, and we are forced into a SIP situation or we are ordered to close again, all classes will continue virtually. Tuition will remain the same for any amount of time spent doing virtual classes.
