Samantha Ditzenberger began dancing at the age of three in Chicago, Illinois, where she trained and competed in jazz, contemporary, hip hop, tap, and musical theater. She began teaching at just 15 years old and quickly discovered a passion for choreography and dance education. After graduating, she went on to choreograph competitive routines for dance studios and high school teams throughout the Chicagoland area.
Sam received a scholarship to perform with Ellen Werksman at Dancewerks and continued her training through various summer dance intensives, including Inaside Chicago Dance, where she worked with choreographers Richard Smith, Sarah Ford, Preston Miller, and Kirsten Harvey. Most recently, she performed a solo choreographed by Lindsay Hough for Alluvion Dance Chicago under the direction of Johnny Huntoon.
